Botanical Bounty’s physical location as well as Fratellone Medical’s offices remain open by appointment only. Please do not walk into our offices without an appointment as you will be turned away.

If you call us at (646) 741-3710 or email us at botanicalbountynyc@gmail.com first and are looking to pick up a supplement we have in stock, then you are welcome to come by our office. You must remain outside of the office door and someone will come out to assist you. If you need supplements and are unable to come to our space, we are still able to drop-ship orders directly to you.

Due to overwhelming call volumes, we may not be able to answer your call immediately; however, we encourage you to leave a voicemail and we will get back to you within 24 hours during our regular business hours (Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm).

Please be aware that due to overwhelming demand from our distributors, you may experience extended wait times for your items to arrive. If you've paid for your items and have not received them, please be patient and know they will arrive soon. We are prioritizing responses for those in need of care and you may not hear back from us immediately in regards to shipping times.
